WALL PANELS AND WALL BRACES

Pleasure-Way Pools has combined manufacturing and construction technology to maximize durability and serviceability.

Our Wall Panels are designed to lock into a concrete footing to stop wall movement. All our panels are preformed at the factory for pool shape accuracy which affects liner fit and ultimately liner life. 14 gauge 2 ounce galvanized steel is used for strength and durability. The panel joint is the strategic position for a brace. Our panels come in lengths up to 6', to allow for more brace positions resulting in a wall framework of exceptional stability. Wall panels have a 25 year warranty.

1. Exclusive Pleasure-Way Perimeter EX-TRA-BRACE is designed for maximum strength. Longest standard panel provides a maximum of six feet between braces.

2, Corrosion-resistant 2 oz. galvanized 14 gauge steel walls are pre-formed for greater strength.

3. Concrete filled Sono tube between braces gives deck support every three feet. (at dealers option),

4. Backfilled with aggregate material for drainage.

5. Big "O" drainage tile.

6. Concrete footing.

7. Undisturbed ground for a stable base.

8. Panel bottom forms a channel, locking the pool into the concrete footing.

9. Heavy duty lap welded liner is of Canadian-made sanitized virgin vinyl with a choice of colour and pattern.

WALL BRACES ARE AVAILABLE IN TWO DESIGNS:
A-FRAME AND EX-TRA-BRACE.

The purpose of the brace is to buttress the wall for stability. We feature multiple brace positions for superior wall stability, a concern when a pool is emptied during future liner replacement and in the winter when frost is in the ground. Construction scheduling is more flexible as this pool can be filled with water without backfill or backfilled before liner installation. A definite advantage where job site work area is limited.
The EX-TRA-BRACE has added design features to help support the pool walkway. When installed, it forms a rectangle that is diagonally braced. Though a simple engineering design that is widely used in beams, bridges and towers, Pleasure-Way is the first to use it in the pool industry. Fastened at all five intersecting points, stress is evenly distributed as it acts as a unit that is more than the sum of its parts.
